The Black Parade, My Chemical Romance's follow-up to the band's 2004 platinum major-label debut Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge, was "way more dramatic, way more theatrical, completely over the top, borderline psychotic," says Gerard Way. "It's the most pure, intense thing we've ever been involved in." After years of touring, the band offers THE BLACK PARADE IS DEAD!, two incredible concerts on CD and DVD as they move forward musically to ceremoniously end the era of The Black Parade.
The CD will feature music from The Black Parade set live in Mexico City, while the DVD is packed with two complete concerts, one from Mexico City, the other from New Jersey. The Black Parade is Dead will be out July 1!

HOW TO ENTER
After seeing the devastation of the 9/11 attacks first hand, MCR lead singer Gerard Way was inspired to sit down and write "Skylines and Turnstiles," a song that many now consider to be "the first song by My Chemical Romance." Ever since then, Way has become famous with fans for writing relatable lyrics that deal with everyday human battles and social injustices.
So, for this contest we want you to share your favorite lyric from MCR's Black Parade album with us and tell us why you can relate to it. Post your thoughts in the My Chemical Romance thread in the Nexopia Contest Forum.
